Being an industry leader in electrical construction allows us to give back to our community. Sasco is a proud sponsor of the Greater Vancouver Foodbank, BC Children’s Hospital, and Family Services. We also give back to local sports teams, events, and community outreach programs.

Owing to our highly-trained workforce, we provide maximum value for our customers. We recognize the value of having an electrical contractor who can safely and cost-effectively deliver a project while being flexible with busy schedules.
Sasco provides students enrolled in the ACE-IT (Accelerated Credit Enrollment in Industry Training) program with 120 hours of on-the-job work experience. Sasco’s electricians act as on-the-job teachers and mentors to Burnaby school district high school students to help them meet the requirements of the apprenticeship training program.
Sasco supports the Greater Vancouver Food Bank through several initiatives, including company-matched fundraising and food donations by Sasco employees. We are proud to support this great organization that relies on volunteers and who provides food for so many children (41% of recipients are children).
For several years, we have had a representative serve on the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation charity volunteer committee. Sasco employees are encouraged to support the Jeans Day event and many attend just to help out and ensure the day goes off without a hitch.
In addition to supporting great causes throughout the province, Sasco is determined to make a difference in the communities we work in with the initiative we call Sasco Shares. Employees are encouraged to donate one hour of pay per year which will be matched by Sasco. The money is then collected and used to make a difference within the community, whether it is for those in need or for a family going through a rough time.

We recently were recognized as a Silver Award Winner in the 2022 Awards of Excellence through Vancouver Regional Construction Association.
We won the award for a fire alarm upgrade project we completed at Canada Place.
